Leave Policy
Archana and Arjun’s 32 Ventures LLP
- Monthly Leave Allowance
Every employee is entitled to 4 days of leave per month.
These 4 days can be used for any purpose: personal needs, health issues, emergencies, or rest.
There is no separate category such as sick leave or casual leave.
- Carry Forward
Unused leave does not carry forward to the next month.
This policy ensures fairness and encourages consistent attendance.
- Prior Intimation
Employees must inform management at least one day in advance for planned leave.
In case of sudden emergencies, the employee must notify the concerned senior at the earliest
possible time.
- Exceeding Monthly Leave
If an employee exceeds the allotted 4 days:
- Additional days will be considered unpaid leave,
- Or may impact performance evaluation depending on frequency.
- Half-Day Leave
Half-days are allowed and will be counted as half of a leave day.
Two half-days equal one full day of leave.
- Uninformed Absence
Absence without intimation will be treated as misconduct and may lead to disciplinary action.
- Responsibility Toward Patients
Employees must plan leave in a way that does not disrupt patient appointments, surgeries, or
essential clinical duties.
Management may request adjustments during heavy workload periods.
8. Holiday Policy
Employees will receive the standard national and festival holidays as decided in the clinic’s yearly
calendar.
