discrimination, bullying, or any behavior that harms the work environment will not be tolerated.

Frequent absenteeism or negligence affects patient care and team efficiency.

  1. Cleanliness and Clinical Protocol

Maintain high standards of hygiene and follow all sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols

without exception. Every employee shares responsibility for a safe clinical environment.

  1. Zero-Tolerance for Misconduct

The following actions are strictly forbidden:

  • Accepting or demanding personal gifts or monetary benefits from patients
  • Tampering with clinical records or materials
  • Substance abuse during working hours
  • Theft, damage, or misuse of clinic property
  1. Continuous Learning Employees are encouraged to update their knowledge, attend training sessions, and support the

clinic’s mission for excellence in modern dentistry.

  1. Conflict of Interest

Employees must avoid personal activities or outside commitments that interfere with their duties or

compromise the clinic’s interests.

  1. Social Media Responsibility

Posting patient photos, clinical details, internal workplace matters, or anything that damages the

reputation of 32 Ventures LLP is strictly prohibited.

  1. Grievance & Feedback Culture

Employees are free to raise concerns, report issues, or offer suggestions. The clinic encourages

open communication and assures no retaliation for honest feedback.
