Honesty is non-negotiable. Employees must provide accurate information, maintain transparency,
and avoid any unethical behavior, including misrepresentation of treatments or costs.
- Confidentiality
All patient records, personal details, treatment information, and internal documents must be
handled with strict confidentiality. Sharing information outside authorized channels is prohibited.
- Respectful Workplace Culture
Treat colleagues, patients, and visitors with dignity, courtesy, and kindness. Harassment,
discrimination, bullying, or any behavior that harms the work environment will not be tolerated.
- Punctuality and Discipline
Employees must report to duty on time, follow assigned schedules, and complete tasks responsibly.
Frequent absenteeism or negligence affects patient care and team efficiency.
- Cleanliness and Clinical Protocol
Maintain high standards of hygiene and follow all sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols
without exception. Every employee shares responsibility for a safe clinical environment.
- Zero-Tolerance for Misconduct
The following actions are strictly forbidden:
- Accepting or demanding personal gifts or monetary benefits from patients
- Tampering with clinical records or materials
- Substance abuse during working hours
- Theft, damage, or misuse of clinic property
- Continuous Learning Employees are encouraged to update their knowledge, attend training sessions, and support the
clinic’s mission for excellence in modern dentistry.
- Conflict of Interest
Employees must avoid personal activities or outside commitments that interfere with their duties or
compromise the clinic’s interests.
- Social Media Responsibility
Posting patient photos, clinical details, internal workplace matters, or anything that damages the
reputation of 32 Ventures LLP is strictly prohibited.
- Grievance & Feedback Culture
Employees are free to raise concerns, report issues, or offer suggestions. The clinic encourages
open communication and assures no retaliation for honest feedback.
